I am a proud inhabitant of Kingston Upon Hull and always love to tell my friends about it – especially the Old Town area, Humber Street and the amazing music scene that is coming from the city. This weekend, we have enjoyed Freedom Festival: an art, music, theatre and food festival centred around William Wilberforce and his involvement in the ending of slavery. Despite only having my shocking phone camera with me, I hope I managed to capture some of Hull’s essence for you all to see.
