Through the Lens: Top 10 Photos of York

York is one of the most historical places I can think of in England, especially in Northern England. It has such a range of buildings, shops, cultural activities and can look splendid in all weathers. I have been to York so many times that I have lost track, but unfortunately have only taken photos on a handful of occasions. These are my top 10 photos from a relatively small collection:

  1. These are superb – I love York, and worked there many years ago. I also stopped in a haunted house on St Saviourgate once, but that is another story. You have captured the essence of this beautiful city.
